LETS TAKE YOU THROUGH THE CHALLENGE WHERE TO START

Your warm up, and a cool down
→→ 2-5 Minutes Free Style Rope Skipping or Jump Rope
→→ 2-5 Minutes Free style Virtual Skipping
→→ 8 sets Tabata 20 min Working Time and 10 Minute Rest Time
→→ 2-5 Minutes Jumping Jacks or Mountain climbers
A cool down and Stretching will be completed immediately post workout, however please feel free to spend more time cooling down and Stretching or a more intense stretch after if preferred or any form of regeneration you do to keep your body free of injury. The Cardio Core Challenge Is tailored for Beginners Intermediate to Advanced. The workouts are on Phases or Episodes, so you complete at a pace that suits your experience, ability, energy level on the day and relative to your goals and PLEASE Read and FOLLOW the GUIDES to how to do the Challenge
